Sad but true, Penelope Gazin and Kate Dwyer faced a lot of sexism and condescension when they launched their e-commerce marketplace for weird art. Everything changed when they introduced an imaginary co-founder named Keith Mann.

The founders of Witchy clearly have guts and a good sense of humor -they must, with a site like that- but I wonder if they also changed the tone of their communication when pretending to be Keith. Because yes, there is a lot of prejudice, but often we women help feed it with our own behaviour.
